Once again this year, HOLMER apprentices had the opportunity to look forward to a group outing. The day offered a varied mix of exciting insights, shared experiences, and plenty of team spirit.

A special highlight was the visit to Munich Airport. During an exclusive bus tour with their own guide, the trainees were able to explore the airport grounds from a completely different perspective and gain fascinating insights into the operations on site.

Afterward, the group headed to Another World, where a virtual reality team-building event was on the agenda. Various games required cooperation within the group. In different VR games, the goal was to work together as a team to overcome various challenges. Good communication, mutual support, and team spirit were particularly important. This allowed the trainees not only to immerse themselves in a virtual world but also to demonstrate the importance of effective teamwork.

In addition to the individual program activities, the shared experience was the main focus. Away from the daily routine of their training, the outing offered the opportunity to spend time together, get to know one another better, and gain new experiences as a group.
The visit to the airport and the VR team-building activity that followed at Another World made for a varied day. It was a successful day that will surely spark a conversation or two and create some shared memories.
